Hosting is located in the heart of the United States at the juncture of 3 major internet backbones.
We do not provide standalone Web Hosting. Hosting Service is available only for customers who also have Web Site Development and/or maintenance contracts with Corkscrew International.
We do not provide Web Site Support or Development on Non-Corkscrew Managed Servers.

Effective 1 January 2012, Billing for excess ticket activity will be done on a monthly basis instead of an annual adjustment. At the end of each month, ticket activity will be reviewed. An invoice will be issued for any excess ticket activity beyond the contracted amount. If ticket activity is under the contracted amount, an invoice will be issued for a zero amount and the amount of unused ticket time will be shown. This amount will be carried forward each month to the end of the contract period. The carry forward amount is zero balanced at contract renewal. Copies of tickets will be added to each invoice for customer reference.

Effective 1 March 2012, all renewal billing will be 60 days in advance. Renewal billing may be adjusted to reflect actual ticket activity in the preceding contract. Billing will always be adjusted to provide the optimum billing plan based on the prior 12 month usage. Customers may request billing changes up to 30 days ahead of renewal.

Renewal invoices must be settled prior to the renewal commencement unless your contract terms specify a different payment agreement. The payment terms are specified on the invoice. If payment is not received on or before the invoice date, service may be suspended without notice.

Effective 1 January 2012, ALL web sites must include Legal Statements to comply with new FTC[USA] regulations. This applies to EVERY WEB SITE regardless of web site activity, ownership or nationality. This is for Customer Protection. There is a discounted installation fee for the period through 31 March 2012.
