| - Basic Coding to agreed Specification, conforming to industry standards and including required features of both Basic and Enhanced eCommerce Systems plus additional features, custom written to ASP.NET standards, secure code. Depending on specification, price stated is for a 6 month development cycle, not including production testing, tuning, modification and corrections |

| Terms and Conditions |
|
| The normal Corkscrew terms and conditions apply to these products. A 50% deposit is required in advance for all products. A non-revocable contract is required for Custom programmed sites with the Full Amount for each step required in advance. The payment will be held in escrow and will be drawn down as the project progresses. Other terms and conditions will be included in the contract. |

| UPGRADES |
|
| If a customer upgrades from a Basic to an Enhanced system, there will be a prorated credit for the original installation, based on install date and current date. The following guidelines apply. |
